EFSF July Content is no Longer Sufficient

Easing the pressure on European financial sector is critical, says Russell Jones, global head of Fixed Income Strategy at Westpac Institutional Bank. In order to do so EFSF has to be built up from its July content and it would be a good idea for ECB to reactivate its covered-bond purcashing program and cut interests rates.
