A global lack of confidence in governmental institutions is impacting the markets, says Ralph Schlosstein, BlackRock co-founder/CEO & Evercore Partners CEO, who adds that at some point there will be some restructuring which will reduce the obligations of Greek government and institutions, but going back to the Greek drachma is not the solution.
